We will take your instructions and can either attend your premises, local court or other location to collect the document for service. Alternatively documents can be e-mailed to our office. We will attempt personal service within 24 hours and offer various options for service including ‘out of office’ hours, weekends and Bank Holidays. Associates will prepare and swear an Affidavit and/or statement of service, if required. We will keep you updated throughout the process by telephone, email and text.
We will attend your customer at an appointed time and date either arranged by you or ourselves and deal with the associated documentation as per your instructions: The original or taking scan copies of other documents such as proof of ID, proof of residence and other supporting documents. The completed documents can be scanned and emailed back to you with hard copies being posted via Royal Mail's 1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery services.
We will attend your customer at an appointed time and date either arranged by you or ourselves, explain the Conditional Fee Arrangement process and get the CFA signed –up completing any associated documentation. Documents will be completed as per your instructions and can be scanned and e-mailed with hard copies being posted using Royal Mails 1st Class Signed For or Special Deliver services.
